FLAME RETARDANT POLYURETHANE RESIN
Most of flame retardant products in the market are achieved by adding additives. The finished products with this process often shows some problems such as low washing resistance, migration, other physical properties decrease significantly, and toxic material concerns.
Our products are using flame elements combined with polyurethane molecular chains during polymerization. Compare with typical mixture with PUR, this improves lots of the a.m. problems. Furthermore, these products also can meet the requirement of EN71 part 3 and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive.
Since these products are still polyurethane structure, which means you even can use these products as additives to mix with most of PUR systems. It is easy to handle, the paste is stable, and the finished film still remains transparent if you want to. The application can cover e.g. curtain, coverlet, baby related textiles, car seat, upholstery, mattress, indoor accessories, insulation foam, construction materials...etc. The basic processes having frame retardant effect can be achieved as follows.
The recommended processing methods and common uses are as follows:
- Textile or fibers dipping (immerse) process: S/B PUR and PUD system,Direct coating, Transfer coating and lamination: PUR and PUD system
- Wet coagulation process: S/B PUR
- Polyurethane foam reaction: TDI or MDI / polyol system

Want to get fresh air? Using our filters will be one of the best solutions! Our products are mainly used for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) as Pre-filters (a.k.a. Pleated Air Filter) and / or Pocket Filters (a.k.a. Bag Filters or Medium Efficiency Filters). Product applications can cover e.g. commercial and industrial HVAC filtration, hospitals, laboratories, air pollution control systems and clean rooms.
Our primary filtration media use non-woven filtration media tolaminate with metal stretched nets by hot melt adhesive. With the support of the stretched nets, this can improve the dimension stability significantly. After that, the laminated substrates will go for pleat process and will be fixed into special paper frame.

Wet Coagulation Base, Synthetic Leather and Textile Coating
The definition of wet coagulation here means using woven or non-woven coating and/or dipping with polyurethane resin paste into DMF (N,N-Dimethylformamide) tank. With the exchange process between DMF and water, polyurethane resin gradually form hydrophobic porous or PUR bonded structure on the substrate. The substrate gives the hand feel like genuine leather after the wet process.
Synthetic leather and textile coating mean using formulated polyurethane resins apply on substrates with certain processes. The polyurethane resins can be solvent borne, or water base, or high solid, or thermal plastic PUR. The processes can be done by direct coating, or transfer coating, or immersed, or lamination. And the substrates can be woven, or non-woven, or film, or coagulated bases.
These raw materials can apply to lots of applications, such as shoe, textile, upholstery, sport goods, car seating, electronic and medical related fields. By giving special know-how to the formulation, additional functions like moisture vapour permeability, anti-bacteria, flame retardant, etc. will be possible as well.
