PINEAPPLE LEATHER

Pineapple Vegan Leather

Pineapple Fiber Leather ・ Zero Animal Harm ・ Sustainable Fashion Material

From pineapple leaves to vegan leather

Every year, Taiwan produces up to 370,000 tonnes of pineapple leaves that used to be agricultural waste with no use. Advanced processing extracts and degums the fibre from the leaves, turning it into high-performance pineapple leather — and what's left over can be made into fertiliser, closing the loop.

The entire process causes zero harm to animals and is non-toxic — a double guarantee for the environment and for health. Choosing this vegan leather is not just owning a product; it's choosing a lifestyle that supports the environment and sustainability.

To develop a custom colour or texture, tell us

  • What is the finished product? Footwear, bags, furniture, automotive interior, or an electronics accessory?
  • Colour and texture requirements? Gloss/matte level, pattern effect, hand-feel preference
  • Processing method and equipment? Does it need to be laminated with another material?
  • Expected annual volume and lead time?

Gabriel's materials are usually not the cheapest.

But the cost of pineapple leather is never just the unit price: a colour or texture that misses the mark means redoing samples, and a hand-feel that doesn't meet the end customer's expectation means swapping out the whole batch. We look at whether it actually works for you, not the number on the quote.

If all you need is the lowest unit price, the market has plenty of options. If you need a material that genuinely delivers on a sustainability claim and can actually be produced — then we should talk.

Tell us about your pineapple leather application

Tell us as much as you can: the finished product category, colour and texture requirements, and your processing method and equipment. The more detail, the more precise our answer.
