To reduce the back-and-forth, please tell us the details up front where possible — specifications, the physical properties and test standards you need to meet, and an acceptable price range. We'll assess it from all angles and let you know whether the whole plan is feasible, to make sure it's worthwhile for both sides.

Gabriel's materials are usually not the cheapest.
The cost of custom development is never just a formulation fee: going the wrong direction means re-sampling, and skipping a feasibility check up front means stopping midway. We assess the overall cost and technical barrier with you before sampling, to avoid finding out it's not feasible after the work is done.
If all you need is the lowest unit price, the market has plenty of options. If you want to develop a product that doesn't exist on the market yet — then we should talk.
