Primary and medium efficiency filtration
Fresher air requires proper filtration. We mainly supply primary and medium efficiency filtration media for air handling units and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems, widely used in public spaces, offices, industrial sites, hospitals, laboratories and cleanrooms.
Our current product range falls into three categories: Pre-filters, Pocket Filters, and bulk-supplied Air Filtration Media.
Pre-filter
A metal expanded mesh is laminated to a synthetic non-woven filter media with hot melt adhesive; the frame supports dimensional stability, and the media is then pleated and sealed into a purpose-made paper frame. Frame widths come in 24", 12" and 20"; heights in 24" and 20"; and filter thickness in 1", 2" and 4" — combining into standard model numbers such as APF24241, APF20242, and more.
Pocket Filter
An electrostatic filter media of special structure and material, ultrasonically divided into eight pockets, offering both good permeability and good dust-holding capacity; airflow passes between pockets that don't touch each other for maximum filtration efficiency. Filtration efficiency is graded by media colour as follows:

The overall frame is mainly made of metal (galvanised or aluminium alloy), with galvanised strips supporting each pocket for good dimensional stability. The naming convention is AMF - Width × Height × Depth + Filtration Grade + Pocket Count + Frame Material (e.g. AMF-202422F78Al: 20" wide, 24" high, 22" pocket depth, eight pockets, aluminium alloy frame).
Air Filtration Media (bulk supply)
- Primary filtration mediaAPM-01, APM-02, 0.51-0.61m wide × 180m long, suited to 20"/24" high filters respectively
- Medium efficiency mediaMultiple layers of ultrasonically bonded synthetic non-woven fabric, an eight-pocket electrostatic media, also graded F5-F9 by colour, standard supply 0.65-0.68m wide × 80m per roll

Gabriel's materials are usually not the cheapest.
But the cost of a filter is never just the unit price: insufficient filtration efficiency means an early replacement, and a wrong size means downtime to retrofit — these hidden costs usually far exceed any difference in unit price. We look at whether the whole filtration system runs reliably, not the number on the quote.
