Working Together
These determine whether — and how — we can help: your substrate (if metal, which type? Any plating, anodising, or release agent on the surface?), your equipment (coating method, maximum oven temperature, line speed), your requirements (RSL, halogen-free, UL94, etc.), and your expected annual volume and production timeline.
Gabriel's materials are usually not the cheapest. But unit price is not the only cost — we look at the processing method, treatment steps, labour hours and yield as a whole, to make your total cost more efficient, or to give you a difference your competitors cannot match at a comparable cost. If all you need is the lowest unit price, the market has plenty of options. If you're solving a problem nobody else can solve, we should talk.
Yes, we do take small orders. What actually determines whether we can help is the type of material development you need, not your company size — whether it's functional textiles or finished end-products, we can assess feasibility.
Textile coating, synthetic leather, functional textiles, finished end-product textiles, golf glove materials, air filter media, and electronics & 3C materials — it's all the same core capability: developing a material formulation together, around your substrate, process, and requirements.
Compliance & Quality
The full range meets RSL and RoHS requirements; SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and declarations of compliance are available. If you have a specific requirement (e.g. a particular brand's RSL), tell us and we'll screen our source materials accordingly.
If there's no stability or reactivity concern, yes — we can supply ready-to-use products, which is sometimes more cost-effective than formulating it yourself.
Ordering & Contact
We normally charge the international freight for samples upfront, to avoid samples going unused or being repurposed; this fee is deducted from the payment once a formal order is placed.
It depends on the product and whether sampling is needed first; first-time customers may need a little more preparation time. We'll confirm the exact timeline when we quote.
